YOUR MAILBOX ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED!

So you notice someone has been doing things in your mailbox! and you are still able to log in to your mail! Its your lucky day!
Because the attacker knows your password and can log in to your account with full privilegies anytime, being in position to change your mailbox account password making you locked out from your own mailbox with the result ACCESS DENIED!!!
You have a TROJAN HORSE installed in your computer that sends everything you write on your computer directly to the attacker.

SOLUTION: Download antivirus, run scan and as soon you are virusfree log in to your mailaccount and change your password.
Now you have locked the attacker out off your account.
Do this as soon as possible,
because the attacker might also se your attempt to clean your computer. If the attacker is faster than you he might change your mail ACCOUNT AND LOCK YOU OUT FOR EVER.....

Be fast, and good luck! if this was useful,Please vote!

How to convert word files into PDF?

You can convert your reports, spreadsheets and any word files into Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf). There are many free and paid software’s available to convert normal files into .pdf, for example you can download “Universal Converter Software” free trail. Using this converter you can convert your web pages, emails, books any others important documents into .pdf.

Benefits of .PDF
PDF files are platforms independent, for example if you are creating your resume in Microsoft windows, and you obviously wants that your resume look the same on all platforms, whether computer has Mac, Linux and Microsoft windows. PDF is the great way to send your important documents to others in same and secure ways.

PDF can not be modified in text or formatting in new style without your permission. Internet users prefer the .pdf format because they can download it easily in Adobe Reader.
Fellow the given steps to convert word file into PDF.
  • First download the “Universal Converter Software” and install onto your computer.
  • Now open any word document and press the File and then click on Print option to open printer dialog box.
Here select the “Universal Document Converter” from the printer list and press Properties button to select the “Document to PDF, Color, and Multipage” profile.

Now press the Ok button to start the converting process into PDF.

Dell troubleshooting

Hi Charlotte Fletcher, there are two reasons why the emails get bounced back:

1. Check one more time to make sure that the email address of the person you are sending to is correct

2. It is possible that the mailbox of the person you are sending to is full. They will need to make space before anyone can send new emails to them.

Let me know if this solution helped fix to problem or if you need any additional assistance.

How do you down load email addresses from your computer, to install on a new computer?

I have put details of copying over addresses and the emails for both Outlook express and Outlook.Hope this helps.

Outlook Express
In Outlook Express, select File --> Export and select Address book. I recommend that you use a comma-separated values (CSV) format as it's more portable and can be recovered if something happens since it's just a basic text file. Copy that onto the new computer, choose File --> Import, and select the CSV file. That should do it!
Backing up email is more difficult, however.
Here's the basic process in Outlook Express: Under Tools --> Options, click the "maintenance" tab. This will tell you where your email is stored. Now copy all of those files onto your new computer (if you make a CDROM you'll have a nice permanent backup too) and then put them in the exact same folder on the new system (while you aren't running Outlook Express). Restart the app and you should have all your mailboxes intact.
Outlook does have an appropriate archive/restore function too, if you want to try that instead. Under File, select Import/Export. Select "export to a file," then select the mailbox that you want to back up. If your mailboxes are like mine, this will produce a fairly large file, depending on the size of your mailbox. Copy these exported files onto the new computer, then use File --> Import/Export --> Import from a file and you should have the mailboxes on your new system.
Outlook
You'll have to export the Address Book from the computer then import it into Outlook on the new computer
1) On your desktop click File --> Export --> Address Book
2) Select the Comma Seperated Values (Windows) as your output format
3) Select the folder you want to export - in this case Contacts
4) Type a name for your file - example: addresses
5) Be sure there is a checkmark next to Export then click Finish
This is the important part: You'll need to copy or save the file to a flash drive or floppy. Alternatively, you can email the file to yourself or burn on CD if you don't have a floppy or flash drive available. Either way the file needs to be transfered to your new laptop.
1) On your laptop open Outlook and click File --> Import --> Import from another file or program (this varies depending on your version of Outlook)
2) Select Comma Seperated Values (Windows) - the same option you selected when you exported
3) Click Browse to retrieve the file you exported
4) Choose either replace, not to duplicate or duplicate under the options menu
5) Select destination folder - since this is your address book you would click Contacts
6) Be sure there is a checkmark next to Import then click Finish

How to transport aol favorites to gmail

I presume that you mean contacts export from AOL, to Gmail, correct?

I am not on AOL any longer, so I cannot find out if they have an export function.

Gmail, however does have an IMPORT function.

Log in to your gmail account.
>>Top right, several to the left select settings
>> 2nd tab, accounts and imports..
What you need is the first option...

Also are you planning to use the online mailbox of Gmail, or a local client, like Outlook, Windows Mail, or Incredimail>>>>? If so you must turn on POP access, or you will not be able to connect... This is the 5th tab of the page you were last on (listed above, in settings).

Lastly if you are using a local client, often you cannot use the GMAIL outgoing mail server. Because of spam, internet service providers commonly require all mail going out to go through THEIR server....

Not a problem, if you use inline mailbox of gmail. because you are sending from there....

I want to scan a form and save it, and be able to fill in the blanks later. I can save it as a pdf document, but can't edit it.

When you scan it, the original manufacurer's software should allow you to save it as a Word document or some other editable format. PDF, JPG, TIF, and other image formats probably won't work.

Could be 1 of 2 things - Either the computer is not sending a signal to the monitor or the monitor is not responding to the signal. Try plugging another monitor into the computer, if it comes on then the monitor needs repair

I need to scan my documents as a pdf in order for the receipients to be able to open. This scanner is only giving me two choices...tif and mdi. Is there any way to scan items as a pdf?

No. You need to scan then convert the .tif into a .pdf. There are many good converters around, some of them freeware or costing around $30 or as shareware. You could do worse than starting your search at the url below.
Good Luck.
