the water is draining out as it comes in , it keeps coming out of the detergent dispenser and out of the drain spout

What height is your drain spout? The pipe should be about 3 feet up and then down into the sink or wall standpipe; there should be a water mark behind the machine Your pump pumps the waste water OVER this height. At present your drain pipe must be lying at floor level, which is not correct.
