My Lexmark X2500 says that my color ink cartridge is not detected or is missing. I have installed new ones today (black and color) the black one is recognized but the color is not. I have tried to re-install and restart printer and computer but nothing is working. Please help!

lexmak x3480 all in one printer, cartridge missing, even though we have brand new ink cartidge in the printer, help to fix it please, iv cleaned the copper plates on both the printer n cartridge but still comes up. help
