Question about Ovens
I just moved into a house that has a brand new Kenmore oven (electric)
It's a small oven.. anyway, i was moving it around and the power shut off...
thinking i mustve unplugged it while moving it..i pushed the plug back in...nothing...i then unplugged it and plugged it back in...still nothing.
when i turn one of the burners on,,the clock turns on... i am able to turn on the light and all the buttons work....but the burners do not work...
when i turn the burner knob off..the stove goes dead again.
just wondering...what do u think ive done to it by moving it around?
Sounds like youve shaken or loosened one of the power leads into the oven, check the circuit breakers first, make sure they have not tripped, if not turn off hte breaker and remove the back panel of the stove youre only getting half power to the unit doesnt sound like anything magor at all
