Question about Philips SA5125/37 MP3 Player
I can't remove some songs,it tells me to "remove write protection first then try again". It also tells me on one folder "could not be deleted. Device has either stopped responding or is dissconnected.
Easiest way is to restore the device.
Install and run Philips Device Manager from the product CD.
Press and hold [PLAY/PAUSE] on the player whilst connecting to the PC.
Follow the on-screen prompts.
This will format the player and replace the firmware.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
