I have 2 razr phones . one was dropped in the toilet and ahs not worked since. Picked up very quickly and dryed off and applied heat from blow dryer to dry internal parts. No luck
# 2 I was told by verizon because the was a pink dot near the battery pack that I allowed the phone to get wet. Not true. In any case neither one works. Any suggestions

It is likely an electrical short. You can try burying your phone in a bag of rice (dry, of course) to **** out any more moisture. I've also heard of people putting their phones in the freezer though I have not tried this myself
If this doesn't work there's not much you can do besides taking it in to the dealer. Say it was rained on or the button quit working by itself.. not that you dropped it in a toilet.. and you're likely to get off cheaper or even free
Switch off the phone as soon as possible. Allow it to dry else the circuits will be affected. Check if it works tomorrow, if it doesn't you might need professional help.
Some components will require change.
the main flex cable connector in the screen is most likely corruded... u need to open the cover and get it cleaned and replace it.this might be a bit difficult if u don't have a t6 or a t4 screwdriver, but if u do u need to remove the 4 screws located under the rubber stubs on the inner screen. pry off the cover and pop off the main connectore on the left hand top of the screen and clean it carefully with an old tooth brush and a little spirit. u need spirit because it evaporates quickly. you don't need anymore water in your phone. If this doesn't work u need to get someone with another razr and go through the steps of copying your numbers onto your simcard. Each step u take on the working razr make sure u do the same on the damaged one.remember u can't see the screen on the damaged razr.when u are through u could always remove your sim card and try locating the numbers in another phone to see if u were successful.when you are doing the copy transfer on your phone if it was a lot of numbers make sure u give it at least 5 minutes to complete....try this:- center button left arrow up arrow center button menu button (button above the four way toggle) down button 10 times center button down button center button wait for five minutes... try your simcard in another phone and confirm your numbers... this should work. sam !
You can purchase a spray called electric cleaner that cleans small electric components and dries very quickly. But you will have to open the phone and spray on the small circuit board inside. If it still doesn't come up after that then it might possibly be dead.
and good luck
