Do you mean the password necessary to boot your computer into the setup program? As a rule, unless an administrator initially did a restricted password that locks the motherboard; there are no restrictions. You may try to refresh the BIOs by taking out the power cell and shorting the memory connections. If you reset the bios, all of the current information will be erased with the exception of the instruction sets. Reinserting the power cell and will all connectors in place; turn it on and try to reset the date, time, etc. See if that works for you.

Create a password for administrator account and then change the name of the limited account to something else in place of administrator and create a password for it also. Then try to open it again. hope it helps
You can press Alt+Ctrl+Del key two time when you forgot password and enter or write administrator in name box and press enter and you change your user password
