Hello, First of all thank you for responding to my 1st message. jaime867 here is a picture of the lines going across the screen I posted a message earlier and you said you wanted to see a pic. These are wobbling lines going horizontally across the screen. Any ideas of what it might be?

The problem could in the 9Volt, and 3 Volt regulator supplies.
Replacing C2P05 (100ufd. @ 16 VDC), and C2P08 (also 100 @ 16 ) might fixed problem. They are located near IC2P01, and IC2P03.

The numbers(C2P05, C2P08) means the place where to find the parts that need to be change.
