Question about Televison & Video
I'll give it a try, but just so everybody is on the same page, this is not a projection TV but a direct view.
There is one slot on the back of the set that looks something like a hole about the size of the end of a hat pin with a slanting line going about 40 degrees to the left then ending with another hole about half the size of the first one, so I guess there could be 2 adjustments in there. I just didn't want to futz with it in case it was something that could do something I might not be able to undo.

You can try to adjust the screen control a bit higher to get the picture to an acceptable viewing level.
At the back of the TV you will see the small opening, It should have 2 of them, one for the screen control and the other one should be focus. Adjust the screen control first and you might need to adjust the focus as well.
