The users manual would probably be the best place to start.

When you put music on it where did you put it? there is a folder for music. Attach it to your computer with a USB cable and look at the drive in explorer or a file manager program.

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

Cant get music on my muvo music player.

try reformating it, on the my computer screen, right click and then reformat.

and it should re create the music folder where the music is supposed to be at.

if you dont wanna do that, go ahead an create a folder called music mp3 or mp3 and put your music in there, see if that works.

I don't know if you've inadvertently deleted the music folder, but that's what I did, when I deleted all the folders by mistake, thank heavens for in-store warrenty, they replaced it with another one. What I noticed on my replacement is synchronizing with media player doesn't work, it creates ghost folders and thinks music is there when it isn't, I don't understand it. Solution: open two windows for my music and sansa e280 music, then just drag and drop the folders; what I noticed is that in my music the folders are named by artist, and I prefer to see them by album, but when I view them in the player, I see the albums with the tracks in the right order.
