Scanner problem (by 2 users)

scanner is set up to work but we are unable to scan with a message that comes up destination not on file - how do i correct this?

I have a Ricoh oficio 1515, and it is working as a network printer, but I can not scan, I already install de driver but, it did not find it in the network.
Please Help me
