As long as the rear wheels you fit are for the Quinny Buzz they will fit. Older style wheels will have a slightly different hub cap to the newer style wheels. Older style wheels may not be an ideal fit in a newer chassis as they may not click in properly though so it would be recommended that the wheels purchased are the ones relevant to the chassis.
I would personally recommend the Buzz 4 front wheel as I beleive that this offers much more stability than a single front wheel. If this does not work out for you, you can always eBay it, it will sell within minutes!
Quinny do an All-Terrain front wheel that replaces the front wheels on a Buzz 3. It's basically two new front wheels that are slightly bigger and pnuematic. Worked a treat on a recent holiday to Brixham where we took our Buzz onto the un-surfaced coast path. We got ours from www.babycare.nl a dutch site that sells Quinny Spares it costs Eur62.50.
This does sound like you have got a build up of dirt within the wheel assembly unit. I would suggest that you remove the entire wheel (push the two black buttons either side of the axle and pull) then clean the entire wheel in warm water. Lubricate the moving parts with a thick lubricant (something like vaseline, not DW40 as this attracts dust) then pop it back on, that should sort it out.
If the wheel is still not working, then contact your retailier if still within warranty (two years chassis and one year fabrics). If this is out of warranty, contact www.quinny.com who will be able to sell you a replacement wheel assembly.
These used to be sold on e-bay, i am still keeping an eye out as they no longer are for sale on there?! But keep looking as they weren't that expensive either! Hope this helps! Clare x
