You have to set up your xbox to a static IP Address, as well as you have to set up a DMZ inside of your router to the same existing IP Address. So you are going to have to access your router menu find out your information such as dns address, default gateway address, as well as your main ip address. Then go into your xbox and set it up the same but notice you will have to have your IP address for the Xbox to be different than the main IP for the router IE.. Router main IP Address 192.168.2.1 you will want your xbox IE 192.168.2.2 or something along those lines, however the default gateway and dns numbers need to be the same. Hope this helps
You are trying to open the NAT on the router for X-box. For this you will need to reduce the MTU settings on the router to 1365. You will also need to trigger some ports on the router. For this you will need to open the router set up page. Router set up page is the page where you can change the settings of the router
if you see your picture on your im program your camera is fine... the problem could be with your im program or the network connections you have or the network connection that your other party has. usually slow connections are not very good handling video streaming. the only solution is to reinstall the im program, use another one or upgrade your/your party network connection.
