Restart your computer during the boot process tap the f8 button three times this will boot into safe mode where the only things working will be your mouse and keyboard enabling you to attempt to repair your computer Advanced Boot Options screen appears.

Select the Safe Mode option using the up and down arrow keys, then press the ENTER key. Choose "Windows XP Home/Professional", depending on the version of the operating system.

Press ENTER. Shortly, the welcome screen should show.

Click the Start button. Choose Run and type in "control user passwords" (without the quotes). Click OK.

Wireless G USB Adapter

Hello there.

As you are getting this error message the best thing to do would be install the USB adapter with the latest drivers from the DLINK website.

Please click here . The website currently says its down for maintenance but if you check back shortly it should be working normally.

Hope this helps.

WNR3500, PURCHASED WITHOUT CD, CANNOT CONFIG.

If the router is still functioning properly, you can access the router through its web interface. I never use the CD that is packaged with the router. It just gets in the way most of the time.

Low Disk space on Neoware e140 (Windows XP Embedded)

Yes, you can disable this message via the registry editor.

Click start, then Run. In the boxy type regedit. Press enter. (In Vista, click start, then in the search box, type regedit)

Navigate to the folder HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\
Explorer

Click on NoLowDiskSpaceChecks and change the value from 0 to 1. If the entry doesn't exist, click on new DWORD value, type in NoLowDiskSpaceChecks and enter 1.

Navigate to the folder HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\
Explorer and do the same thing there.

Exit out of the registry. Your computer may need to be rebooted in order for the changes to take effect.

Thanks and please take a moment to rate this solution as fixya.

WYSE S30 RESOLUTION SETTING TO HIGH

Try resetting with Control + g rather than just g

Turn on the Winterm and immediately hold control + g (at the same time)

The display should flicker for a bit then release the control + g

This will reset the device to factory defaults, (you'll lose your connection settings, network settings, etc) -- but you'll be able to use it again. :)

Website has blinking pages on some computers and not others?

Greetings myname is Mark and I will be glad to assist you. What is happening on your friends computer is what is called the refresh rate there are several issues that cause this but it generally narrows down to the router and the hosting service he is using and their security settings I suggest this.Have him go to the website then go to tools in the right corner go down to internet options and in the browsing history click on the settings and make sure where it says automatically it is checked so it will automaticaly store his sites newer pages or altered pages. Let me know if this helps.
Be mucho blessed,
Mark

Press and hold F9 whilst starting-up.
Once the clicks have stopped, repeatedly press F9 until the grey screen with the "X" mouse pointer is revealed - you'll know then that it's worked!
You may have to be persistent and attempt several times.
