I cannot get my Asus Eee PC 4G PC Notebook to connect to the internet in my house. How can i do this. It keeps saying "Status : Pending" but goes no further.

Can you connect through a "wired" connection? Is your router connected to the Internet? If you're using wireless encryption, have you told your netbook what that encryption key is?
yes! when it comes to wireless networking just make sure that your connection setting are correct just match the settings from your other laptops and do the same to the one you have probles if the persist just do a diognistic check for problems if that doesnt works just hit me back on my link ok!
you need to go to the support site for your computer and find the drivers that you need for your ethernet and it should work after you do that it sounds like a driver problem but it could be something else
What type computer? Wireless network ? FROM the language you are using [" picks up connection"] It is wireless. You may be picking up "outside" signals. When they are weak, you may get something!,then u loose it. Thats why "pending & nothing happens"
