Question about Televison & Video
Ok so let me clear your doubt.See the fault lies no where it depends on the software.Actually WMP,Cyberlink and all these have the volumes set to a particular limit by the softweare developer.So that's why you will have to shift to another software which can give you a full boost.One of them is VLC..i hope im clear.

Try the VLC Player. I have seen it solve issues with sound devices. It comes with drivers and codec.
Try using VLC as your player. Go to www.google.com and
in the search box type "download vlc" (without the quotes).
Look for the Video Lan download from site www.videolan.org/vlc Download
and install it. It downloads and installs in 3 minutes or so. It's
a very fast player, smooth and it can play just about any type of dvd formats
and media. It's totally FREE.
