Hi,

Ok so let me clear your doubt.See the fault lies no where it depends on the software.Actually WMP,Cyberlink and all these have the volumes set to a particular limit by the softweare developer. So that's why you will have to shift to another software which can give you a full boost. One of them is VLC..i hope im clear.

If you have anymore doubts you can ask me..

Please don 't forget to rate or accept the solution as fixed over here and also the one which you posted..

You failed to mention the player type. Is it a computer/ Laptop or a standard DVD player? If you are referring to a computer/ Laptop, check to see the player is compatible - able to play the file format (video and audio) Standard Windows Media Player sometimes cannot play certain file formats. Try a different application... eg. VLC or DOMM etc.

Dvd movie sound is slow

it sounds like your computer is having a problem syncing the audio with the visual. you can try to add more RAM to the computer, or you can make sure no other applications are running at the time when viewing a dvd. also try using windows media player to view instead of windows media center.

I have a Samsung recording app but now it wont let me play any saved recordings I shared them with my google drive still not working internal error occured try again later.what does this mean??

If it was an AVI file type then Windows Media Player has trouble playing these AVI files suggest trying to convert file to a Windows Media file format. Or an Meg2 file format. Google Video File Converter Software . Otherwise try a different Media player like VLC

When i put a cd in i hear the sound but when i put a movie in i cant hear the sound

You're probably missing a codec.
get VLC Media player (free on the web) and play the movie with that.
I'll almost guarantee that VLC will play the movie properly.

Try updating the units Firmware:
Firmware is software that exists usually on chip or flash memory within a larger piece of hardware, such as a Blu-ray player. Firmware can be upgraded to fix a technical problem with the player or to meet new industry standards.Firmware updates can be applied either by downloading them directly to your device, or by disc installation.
