What a simple solution! There are holes and no screws though. Would you know the size so I can purchase new ones?

You just remove the bottom kickplate or grill cover. You should see a screw on the left and right sides behind that. You simply turn the screws to raise or lower the front wheels. Good luck I hope this helped. mca0824@aol.com

The screws should be a 3/8 inch. In some cases the screws are back inside the holes. You may need to insert a screw driver into the holes to get to the screws. I would really not think that yours are missing. they are probably just installed inside rather than on the outside. Good luck.

Height adjust

The rollers are fixed. The feet are threaded to adjust for level. If you need extra height, cut some board the right length to fit from the front roller to the wall behind and run the fridge on to it.

Adjust front legs of fridge to lean back a bit so door will shut on its own

Simply lift the fridge slightly and turn the foot piece to your left.
Some models have an adjustable roller rather than a foot, in which case there is an adjusting screw in front just above the roller.

My side by side fridge door does not close by itself when released

It is likely that your fridge is tilted left or right, and possibly forward at the same time. Most refrigerator doors will self-close if the fridge is slightly tilted both back and to the handle. The fridge is raised or lowered by adjusting the front feet or rollers.

The problem you'll encounter with a side-by-side fridge is that if you adjust for the right-hand door to self-close, there's a good chance that the left-hand door will want to stay or fully open; if you don't check it while making the adjustments. It can take a little extra time to make sure the adjustments make the front both perfectly level left to right, AND slightly higher in the front than the back.

Please rate this reply if you found it helpful - good luck!

I have a Roper Dryer Model REX3514PQO. The dryer

Sounds like you have a broken drum belt.
If you have to replace your drive belt and if you have a front loading machine.
First you will need to unplug your dryer from the electric.
Remove the front of the machine, this will expose the belt and drum, remove the drum and belt and this will expose the drum rollers, idler arm bracket with pulley, and motor with pulley.
While you have the drum out, I would also recommend that you lubricate the drum rollers at the shaft of the roller with a good grade of machine oil like 3 in One oil. This will save you problem later with the rollers getting noisy, also check your drum rollers for flat spots, if they have flat spots on them this will cause a noise like a thumping type noise. You will need to replace the drum rollers if they have flat spots on them.
If the belt is not broken, then I would check to see if the timer switch is working properly, if not then you may need to replace it.
Good luck,
I hope this helps

The fridge is unlevel front to back. The front is relatively too high. How do I level the beast?

The front should be a "little" higher than the back, in order that the doors will close softly when pushed past a certain point, and to assist in sealing the door to the cabinet. There is a levelling mechanism on the front rollers, turning a screw or bolt head clockwise will raise the rollers and counterclockwise will lower the rollers. If no rollers, then post type feet that screw in and out for height. Most have rollers in front and these can be adjusted with the screw or bolt that you can see in the front behind the lower cabinet cover. It should lift and pull straight out to remove, and you will then see the adjustment bolts or screws. You should be about half a bubble out of true level for the doors to seal well and close softly.

Refrigerator does not level tilts to rear extremly unit rolls foward when opening doors

there should be two set screws at the top of the rollers . to adjust if I am correct you turn these screws to the left to raise the front. These screws are above the rollers as I said however, if you use a phone book to hold up the front of the fridge it will take pressure off the rollers making their adjustments easier

Good Luck

Gshl5kgxls refrigerator is tilting.

well the simple solution is wood shims to level it out. Could just be your floor is not quite level. I use the cheap pine shims that you get at the hardware store.

Fridge is not level - it is higher at the front than at the back.

We had the same problem when our was delivered last week. I spoke to Samsung customer services.

They said the roller in the middle of the front is not meant to be there permanently. It is just a transport roller and should be removed once your fridge freezer is in place.

To remove it:-

- unscrew the two white plastic feet at either side of the front until they touch the floor.

- then place a flat end screwdriver in the slots in the feet and continue to unscrew them. They will start to lift the front of the firdge -freezer up until the front roller no longer touches the floor.

-keep doing this (a little bit each side at a time so the fridge -freezer stays level) until the roller is about 15mm off the floor.

- then get a small flat spanner and remove the two small bolts on the metal plate that holds the roller to the bottom of the fridge-freezer.

Once these bolts are removed the roller and plate will drop to the floor and can be removed.

Then using the screwdriver, screw the feet back in until the point when the front of the fridge-freezer is level with the back.

The whole process shouldn't take you longer than 15 minutes.

I asked Samsung why this isn't included in their instruction manual and they couldn't give me an answer which I thought was poor.

I do wonder how many Samsung RSH1 fridge-freezers are out there with the front roller still attached!!!
