How do you know it is the IC that has gone? and which IC? each function has its own IC.
If it indeed has gone then your phone will be scrapped by Nokia. It becomes uneconomical to repair busted ICs. Buy a new phone as even Nokia will not repair it. If the phone still works, then use it till it works.
hi there sir must go to your nearest service center to replace your LCD it must be damage already. the light of that phone was built-in to the LCD display. and that is why also your keypad doesn't have light cuz' it is series to the display light.
