-   Same issue, printing a publisher file. 60KB in file size only.
Office 2007.

WinXP Pro SP2.

All other files print fine..... Maybe it's the font? I'll try.-   fmplsa

Are you printing PDF's or something with a lot of different fonts? Try printing it as a image.
