Your drum unit is not seated correctly. Look inside for a bent drum ground clip.

i solve it by turn off the printer and later on after one minute turn on again, it works perfectly.

yyou have to be careful when doing this.
the waste toner is built in to the process unit (drum unit) and has a plug on the side.
remove the plug and tip it out.

I have a kyocera fs-3830 F040 Failed what is the problem?


This error means - Communication error - Communication between the engine board and the main board is failed. IF there are no loose connections then yo most likely have a bad main board which will need to be replaced.

F000 is a panel communication error... update firmware... firmware as far as i know isnt available to the public... contact kyocera
