Question about Maytag Neptune FAV6800AW Top Load Washer
Pump dosn't pump out. Has 20V. In test mode pump works 120V.
Any clue what going on here.
The pump is clogged up or the flap is jammed

Have no idea why you would only get 20V at the pump when you get the full 120V in test mode. However, if you do get 120V, not 20V, then the chances are that the water level pressure switch is giving a faulty reading which tells the board that the basket is already empty.

Go to the 5th post down there is a link to the Service Manual. The Service Manual will show you how to get into Service Manual and unlock the lid Locks. If you can't unlock in Service Mode the Service Manual will show you how to release the washer top from thew base to remove your clothes.
