We have exactly the same dishwasher and all you do is pull the dishwasher out get a towel and tip it forward. the water drains out the door but it was recomended for an older dishwasher we had. ti works a treat. the original flooding happens when someone turns the machine off before it is fully drained. the machine has a safe guard that stops the machine from over filling the next time this is why is stops. hope this helps. its alot cheayer than a pluber who would do exactly the same thing.

DeLonghi dehumidifier DES16E, can the water be drained away

Yes, via a drain on the back (normally plugged). A drain hose should have come with the unit.

We've had two of thee units for a couple weeks now. Then suddenly they started leaking a LOT of water. How do we fix this problem asap?!

If you haven't been draining the water collection tanks regularly, that could be the problem. With that said, the units should shut down automatically, when the tanks are full. If they are not doing that, the water tank full sensors are faulty. The drain plug is on the rear of the unit, just above floor level. To drain it, place a low sided pan or bowl capable of holding 1 quart water, under the drain plug. Unscrew the plug and allow it to drain in the pan. Or disconnect the unit and roll it to a floor drain or outdoors and drain it/them.

In addition, check the exhaust hose(s) for obstruction r drooping to much. Either will trap moisture that should be exhausting out the window.

Hope this helped you to troubleshoot and solve the problem. Thanks for choosing FixYa.

Delonghi DCG49 is suddenly quieter and will not release coffee

Had this problem with my burr grinder, coffee (or something else) is clogged between the burrs and the output chute, so new coffee can't feed in from above. You can try a few things:

1. Unplug and try to dislodge the blockage from underneath with a toothpick.
2. Disassemble and remove the blockage.
3. I've had luck with drizzling a little bit of cooking oil on to the burrs, letting it soak in a while, then running it, the clumped coffee came loose. It made a terrible mess in the bin, but I ran a couple cups of beans through and it cleaned up the oil.

Good luck~

Delonghi split system (inverta) leaking

clear drain line with air or water. If unit is really old possibly drain pan rusted with holes. make sure to change air filter this will cause coil to ice up if restricted.

DeLonghi dehumidifier hose by drain tray leaking

I think that I am having the same problem, but I'm not sure that this tube needs to be plugging into anything. However, my humidifier seems to be draining out of this tube rather than from the tray into the bucket.

The coil has to much condensation, the coil is clean and the drain its okay, also the fan is working okay, I dont know what is the problem

make sure drain has a trap so it wont **** outside air into unit and cause a vaccume in evap. compartment which will cause the water not to run out correctly.

Delonghi de400p

same thing happend to me. I wasnt sure if it was the settings or me. I unplugged it for awhile, read thru the instructions turned it back on setting it according to the instructions and it began to work again. Not sure if it had to do with the unit being off for awhile or I entered the correct settings. Im just happy it began to run again
