My sister gave me a Samsung C5220 It is Frozen & locked into Telstra net work Australia Thanks Glenn

its not good news the phone is blacklisted in the united kingdom which is why the phone was locked to Telstra as soon as it was brought back into the united kingdom the blacklisted phone company has restarted the blacklisted barring and hence froze the phone.
before despairing try a few things first try taking to a mobile phone shop and ask them to unlock it if they refuse take it to a market stall mobile phone unlocking stall and they will do it for you however if the phone is blacklisted/barred in the united kingdom you will not be able to make or receive calls. and they do charge. try taking the chip out and booting the phone up without the sim card in and changing the network settings and see if that works .hope this helps

Imei blacklisted

Hi, I'm afraid no one will do that for you just like that, it's possible to use the Blacklist Check service on Fastgsm site, for example: Blacklist IMEI Check Report

Free unlock code N73

Free unlock code may not always be safe.If you enter wrong codes, after few attempts your phone will be hard locked. So always choose a reliable and paid unlocking service. You can get the code for your Nokia N73 from your service provider or get it from online sites. is where i unlocked my phone, they offered codes at affordable price.Check it out!!

My nokia 6630 always offline on one specific operator while other work appropriately?iformatted the device and still the same i think device serial no . locked on this operator i called customar services...

This is becaus your handset maybe barred or blacklisted, the sustomer services really cant help you because ther is no solution for that,
it may have been barred or blacklisted,
just because (if you bought it used) the original owner might have not paid or did not paid the contract or breached the contract. or even worse it was stolen from the original owner and sold on the market.and you have bought it.

Nokia N73

hello there....well its quite simple...
1)......there is nothing wrong with your phone ...its your SIM... if it is asking for a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) your subscriber and ask them for PUK code, entering this code will reset your sim

if u keep entering wrong your sim will be damaged so call them

If the error message is saying sim damaged call them and ask for a "sim replacement" you will get a new sim while you will retain the same number ,however you will lose the phone numbers and other data stored in sim, this can be free but it depends on the company and how 'customer friendly they are

2) unlock the phone to any network you need to call the customer care of your original network provider..just keep the model number of your phone number handy (you will find that on the box in which you got the phone)...or the IMEI number (15 digits mostly) by dialing *#06# on your phone or beneath the battery or on the box near bar code....this is a paid service and charges differ from network to network

that should solve the will be able to use any sim in your phone of any service around the world

Hope this help

Cannot detect the network connection

if the sim is definately ok and the phone isnt in flight mode, the Phone may be faulty, blacklisted or not designed to be used in your region (eg gsm phone in cdma only area)
Ask your service provider (people who suply your sim card) if your IMEI (type *#06#) is blacklisted, if so the previous owner has registered it lost or stolen or not paid their bill
