Where do I plug in my battery pack on my meade jupitar 114EQ-DS?

The telescope does not use a battery, only the optional motor drive uses batteries and they fit in the motor drive.

Manual for TwinStar 1000mm focal length telescope and equatorial mount

Equatorial mounts need to be polar aligned to work correctly. Once the scope is polar aligned (see manual or look online for polar alignment instructions), turn on the RA motor. Loosen your RA and DEC locks and find a object you want to view, The motor should keep the object in view for a while (depends on how good the motor tracks and how good your polar alignment is.) Spending 10 minutes polar alignment on my C8 keeps the object in view for about an hour without adjustment.

I have a bausch & Lomb Criterion 6000 telescope that I need an instruction manual for. Can you help me?

No manual available and I could only answer general questions about the use of this scope but would take a lot of room. Suggest you join Cloudy Nights or Astronomyforum.net. Post this question to the SCT forums. You will get a lot of great information from how to set up, align, and get the most use out of this scope. The optics are not the greatest and has lots of non-standard threads for accessories but SCTs are very versatile scopes

I took apart the vertical support arm and need to insure that I am putting it back together properly as it will not currently move vertically, horizontal is ok

Here is the manual-
http://www.meade.com/manuals/TelescopeManuals/Reflectors/DS2000%20manual.pdf

If the motor does not work it can indicate-

A broken wire inside

A broken altitude motor

A broken motor control circuit board

Only the first one listed above can be fixed by you. The scope must be returned to Meade for either motor or electronic repairs.

It attaches to the Right Ascension adjustment. You will not find a manual. The motor should slip over the adjustment bolt.

You posted this question in the TELESCOPE topic instead of the boat motor topic--

C10-NGT RA+DEC clamps and the motors

Holy man.. response is kinda slow. Good thing I tried it myself.

Sure as heck, you can leave the Right Ascension and Declination clamps tight while using the motors!
It makes a lot of sense, and many things much easier....
Thanks for the.. reply? lol. Just joking.
