Pc problems my pc was stop while runing and now it is not show keyboard and mouse

  • rgdedge Mar 30, 2009

I have a ASUS A7V-VM in a HP 7935, it started having boot problems, not recognizing the keyboard or mouse and giving me error messages. Now just shows the HP blue screen with logo. I have disconnected all drives and changed out the power supply and ram memory. Is it the motherboard, bad caps ?
    Thx...rgdedge

Why the wireless keyboard and wireless mouse don't work on my acer Aspire Z1-621 all in one pc

Strange that BOTH stopped working. Did you check batteries?
Remove USB controller for mouse and test keyboard alone,
Then replace mouse and remove keyboard USB You should use another keyboard (USB or PS2) because your computer won't start up without a keyboard.
If both fail, test them on some othrer computer, ask a friend. Might take sust seconsds to do it.
If test on other computer shows ok, you may have some problem in USB ports.
If actually neither of them work anywhare, so no way but still interesting question, how both of them went bad at same time?
Actually I 've heard many complaints of these wirelss keyboards and Mouse. Probably there are some very bad quality around.
I had a wireless mouse and worked only for about 3 months.

I have a HP Pavilion s1600n with Windows XP Media Edition. The keyboard and mouse have stopped responding. Both are properly plugged in

if you are sure that your mouse and keboard are in good condittion and it is all ps2 port type the problem maybe the system driver for keyboard and mouse of your operating system, please get an extra usb port type keyboard and mouse and plugged it in to your pc and power it on the usb type keyboard and mouse may refresh the system driver and may read again your ps2 type keyboard and mouse.

Foxconn MoBo 947p7aa & keyboard lockup

Check if the processor temperature. ... sounds like that could be the problem. It would cause the computer to FREEZE the moment you start "working" on it because then the processor must do it's thing but it instantly overheats because either the processor cooler fan is'nt functioning correctly or the thermal paste has hardened and no longer offers a "connection" between the processor and the fan

Keyboard and mouse problem!

I've had this problem happen lots of times before. usually restarting the PC with the switch enabled to the PC that is booting will solve this problem. For some reason, sometimes the drivers don't load for the mouse and keyboard when starting up the PC.
