Inputing the code into the wireless keypad does not operate the garrage door.I think the battery may haved failed.I see an acess cover at the bottom of the key psd ,but Iam unable to remove it.What...

Usually the cover for the battery access slides down to remove. No model number doesn't help as there are several. If it still doesn't work after battery replacement and your other remote units do work it is not the receiver that is bad it is the keypad.

I have an intermitent problem with both of my remotes and the outside keypad. The inside keypad always works. This is very confusing as they will work just fine for days and then all of a sudden stop...

The inside keypad is hardwired and does not use the receiver but the other items do. That leads us to a receiver problem. That is if it is a case of it just quits working and not if it has a problem like 'starts to close and reverses' or some such thing. I would pull the logic board and check for loose connections on the printed circuit. This is not an uncommon problem after electrical storms.

Outside keypad will not open or close door, but the control inside works. put new battery in no help

The wall control is hard wired to the opener and doesn't use the receiver. The keypad does use the receiver. If you have hand remotes that work then it is your keypad that has quit working. Without remotes you cannot know if it is the keypad or the receiver.

Wireless key pad and remote openers for the cars work intermittently have tried re-learning

Your remotes and your keypad are small transmitters that send a signal to the receiver. If all your units are intermittent then it is the receiver that is bad. The receiver is part of the logic board.

Mouse and keypad won't both work at the same time

Install the keyboard and mouse each in half hour increments. This is because when the receiver is first plugged it, it is looking for devices that will be synchronized to it. Even after synchronizing your device to the receiver, it still "looks" for other devices for 25 minutes. If you install another cordless product at the same time in close proximity, it is possible when you press the connect button on the second cordless device that it does not synchronize.

Please let me know if this works..
