Error code 021 on a Turboion Croc Classic flat iron indicates a problem with the temperature sensor. This error can prevent the flat iron from heating up properly and may cause it to shut off unexpectedly.
To fix this issue, you can try the following steps:
Turn off the flat iron and unplug it from the power outlet.
Use a small screwdriver to open the back cover of the flat iron and locate the temperature sensor.
Carefully inspect the temperature sensor for any signs of damage, such as bent or broken wires, loose connections, or burnt components.
If you notice any damage to the temperature sensor, you will need to replace it with a new one. You can purchase a replacement temperature sensor from Turboion or from a third-party supplier.
Once you have installed the new temperature sensor, reassemble the flat iron and plug it in. Turn it on and check if the error code 021 is still appearing.
If the error code persists, you may need to contact Turboion customer support for further assistance. They will be able to provide you with more detailed troubleshooting steps and help you resolve the issue.
Bit more information would be handy? whats wrong with the plug? is there just no power going to the iron? have you tried replacing the fuse? have you tried taking the wires out and making sure there is a strong connection between the wires and the screws? if your iron isnt turning on it may not even be a problem with the plug. it could be an issue with the motherboard in the iron

Depends on where the sparks came from. If it was from the cord then yes, fix the cord. If it came from inside the iron then, maybe. You would have to open iron and see what caused it. If you are and electrician or technician then you could measure resistance and find problem.
