Question about Acer Veriton 5100 PC Desktop
Whatever 'Windows Mail' you are using, I guess you have checked all the config. options? I mean if you are using Outlook Express, then go into 'Tools' then select accounts, then select your isp's account details (if they are not there, thats your problem) then click Properties. Under the general tab should be your ISP's mail server details, your user name (below that) & your email address. Next the 'Server' tab.. shud be info relating to your ISP. If you do not use Outlook Express, consider setting it up as a test. Do it manually as per above. If you need further help, let me know. Rgds.
