Problem for Bosch HLK4525GB 900 Watts Convection / Microwave Oven

Bosch HES435U - Stove Keypad is Locked

I was cleaning the display area and ran my rag over the digital buttons accidentally causing my keypad to lock - I cannot unlock it - any suggestions? (We purchased the house with this oven in place and no manual came with)

- Thank you for the suggestion. Tried that, but the keypad remained locked! I found the fix online along with a manual for another range with the same digital keypad. To unlock the keypad you hold down the Cooking Mode button for 5 seconds. I tried holding down each key earlier, but it really needs to be for 5 long seconds.

Without the manual, I'd just try powering it off and back on unless it is really difficult to pull out.

Locking or Unlocking the oven control panel
1. Access Select Function Menu
2. Turn knob clockwise until Lock Keys is flashing
3.Touch Start. Key Pad locked is displayed.

4. To unlock keypads, touch cooking mode and hold for 5 seconds. Display will read unlocking key pad

5. When unlocked the clock will again appear in the display.
