Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
I used a paperclip to reset it once, now the reset button is all messed up.
i plug into my computer to charge and the screen flickers at low battery then it charges for a bit, then it goes back to the low battery screen flickering.
I've tried to use a thin staple to move the reset button so it works, but even with the reset button in what i believe is the right place, it's still doing the same thing.
what do i do?
Firmware upgrade to resolve permanently (Creative website)
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
