Question about Sony KV-32FS13 TV

My sony Tv picture has shifted to the left

My TV picture is off center, it seem to be shifted to the left about 5 inches. How do I get my picture to slide back to center. I think I have a sony 32" KV-32FS17

I too would like to know the solution to this question...we are having the identical problem and Sony doesn't seem to know how to fix it. Although, the picture from the DVD player is perfect, the pictures for cable & video games are terrible. Very frustrating!

RCA F27669 TV does not seem to have a Horizontal Hold. My picture has shifted about 2 inches to the left.


Generally speaking: go into the menu where you set up the colours, brightness, backlighting, etc.

Vertical/horizontal adjustments will be in there.

I can't find a manual online to be more specific.

Horizontal hold IC and circuit is failing The remote signal will cause it to spasm because of this faulty set of parts. It needs professional intervention to fix this properly

Check the horizontal circuit visual check for any burned coils or Inductor. check also the ceramic capacitor in that area.

On the neck of the picture tube you will see the large yoke. Loosen the srew slightly and just rotate the yoke assembly very little counterclockwise. That should correct your problem.

To me, sounds like a picture tube issue. horizontal / vertical controls don't fix it. then its dead.

My tv have picture 5 inch in the horizontal in the center....


Check the electrolitic capacitors in the vertical section for leakage or dry condition. The vertical amplifier IC may also be defective and check for the solder joints around the high power resistors as well.
