Question about Creda W100FW Front Load Washer
I purchased a W/D stacked unit and found that someone had spliced both unit's electrical cords together. I'm trying to find out how to make this safe? Purchase the correct prongs and converter box? Can't find any info!! Help
You should never splice two appliances togather for obvious reasons. If you are familiar with wiring, my suggestion would be to replace the cord ends your self. You most likely can get what you need at any appliance specific store (smaller store), and you can ask questions to the salesman if you need to and most of these guys have a good knowledge of what to do. But if you are comfortable and you know what the voltages are and the pin configuration to the outlet designated, the ends can be purchased at a Lowes or Home Depot. Hope this helps, and good luck.
