No absolutely not. This is happen when you delete your some system files on C: drive. It doesn't crash at once, But when you reboot. So don't ever delete your sys files. Now you can do is repair windows using the XP sp3 CD. Or replacing sys files using another OS.

NTLDR means that your system is already corrupted, All you have to do is to insert your Windows system disc then install it and choose repair. Another suggestion for that is go ahead and get computer technician and ask for help.
