You need to get ard commander.put cd in your drive and restart your computer.it will restart using commander.commander has its own windows built in.it wont ask you for any password.once computer restarts go into administrative tools and change password.it wont ask for the old password.if you require anymore help, email me on email@example.com even have the cd if you require.it will cost a lot of money if you decide to buy it.

Im looking at the same thing its not a bios or an os password. sounds like its a password the user created when themade there first backup
