My phone cant turn on it only shows the tmobile screen and windows screen over and over
Means your firmware is corrupt. the only way to get you back in your device is to do a hart reset via your sw keys.....
WARNING, This will delete everything that is stored on your device, and unless your computer can recognize your device, you wont be able to get it back.
in order to the the software reset, the device needs to be fully off. preferably, take the battery out of the phone before you get started.
press and hold the 'soft keys' (buttons above the back arrow and home keys, they have a line on them) and hold those down. while you are doing that, press and hold your power button for about 3 (three) seconds and release the power button. the phone should begin to turn on but then it should go to a black DAS screen with white writing. at this time you can release the Soft keys.
press the green call button to reset the device. it will reboot and you should be able to get in your phone. if this fails and if the computer does not recognize the device, you will have to contact either your phone provider or HTC to replace the device.

I've had the same issue. It continually loops through the two screens. If I take the SIM card out and turn on it comes out of the loop, but obviously I have no service.
I'm having the same problem mine turns on after a while but recently it's been taking longer and longer and today it won't start at all
