Question about Kenmore 44102 Front Load Washer
The water drains, the tub spins both ways slow and does not increase speed. Therefore at the end of the spin cycle the clothes are sopping wet. I have tried the spin cycle with the drum empty and it spins fast. I tried it with very few clothes in tub and it won't spin fast. Any suggestions on repair? Thanks
Tyr removing the lower acees panel from the uint , ther is a "button trap" located there to catch debris from entering pump assy, chances are its clogged and if it cant drain all the water it wont go into high speed spin, also you MUST use an HE detergent. HE detergent specifically designed for front loading washers

If your machine is more then 6 year old then it could be the 2 dampers at the base of the machine has worn out. If the tube wobble too much the machine would not go into fast spin. Its a safety feature. a new set of damper would cost 20-25 pounds.
