COMBOFIX.EXE will definatly resolve your issue, its very safe to use this program. just go on google and type combofix.exe

First off, if you're going to do this, make sure you're running in Safe Mode before you try running these scans. There are a number of different products you can use, but use them in Safe Mode.

Type Symantec Scan into a search engine such as google and scan it again. Try using Norton or System Mechanic Pro 7 for it.

You can d/l a free program such as "spyware blaster"just type in the problem in google..lotsa programs u can use.

Spyware is a type of virus. I wanted to offer my advise. You need to turn off system restore before doing any of the above suggestions. You also need to run a program called ccleaner. Most of the programs that are listed above can be found here http://www.filehippo.com/
You need to backup your data if you can because you may lose it. Just back up your mydocuments folder unless you place your data in a different place. After you are done you need to install the right protection. I used Avast FREE for home users and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for everything else. Just Google both terms.
