Hey! Does ANYONE know how I can get my Intel Home PC Camera CS331 Webcam to work on Windows 7. I just got the new Dell Vistro Slim Tower today and for some odd reason the webcam won't install or work at all. Can someone please help ASAP!!

It is not compatible with Windows 7 64 bit there is a work around where you use Windows Virtual PC. That is a bit complicated though.

FYI it's a Mac not a PC. What's the probelm.

It will if you have the software upgrade cd-rom published years ago by intel when xp first appeared. Intel no longer supports any cameras considered "toys". The old cd-rom that came with the camera may work if you use compatiblity mode and select windows 98. The software does not work too well on the old cd so its best to use the upgrade. In order to find the upgrade cd it will be necessary to either go to ebay or a friend or put and ad in the paper.

No, I am really sorry. The Intel Home PC Camera CS331 Webcam are not sold with microphones. You may purchase an additional microphone to use in addition to your webcam; however, unfortunately, this particular product is sold without a microphone.

Not sure what camera you have, but you have to go to the site and download and install the drivers for your camera so it will work with windows 7.
If you let me know what camera you have as I can't go by what is listed above your problem and I'll help you further to get the latest drivers.
