Question about Linksys BEFSR41 Cable/DSL Router W/4 Port Switch, Retail Box (DSLSBEFSR41)
On the back side of most of these models is an All Reset. It is through a small hole. You will need something like a paper-clip end in order to access the switch.
With the power on, press the all reset switch and hold it for about 30 seconds.
Now you can go in with the factory default password and re-set up the unit from scratch. Consult the instruction manual for the default password.
