Game Cube remotes for Wii

I just bought 2 Game Cube Controllers for my Wii and they wont work since I never owned a Game Cube before so someone said to set up the remote but how do you set it up and do I really have to do that or is the remote just bad??? and help would be great Thank You in Advance for your help

Hi, on the top of the Wii will be a hidden flap which conceals 4 gamecube controller ports. You will need to buy a memory card which there are two slots for that to store the games. Gamecube memory cards are quite cheap and you can pick them up for between £2 to £10. Hope that helps.
