I took old key cylinder out that was easy putting the new one in was easy sled all the way in . Problem is the key still won't turn ?

may need to take inside door panel off and lubricate the moving parts that move inside the door when the key is turned. Had my previous old car lock freezing up a bit of CRC sprayed on moving parts and key turns.

Hi, I recently purchased a Creative Zen XFi2 (big mistake). The packaged software Creative Centrale is slow and not very user friendly - I can create a playlist using the software but cannot edit the...

You can use iTunes or iMesh instead for creating a playlist and moving files, but first you will need to copy all the audio files you have from your MP3 player to your computer then use either one of the 2 software I mentioned to sync your audio onto your MP3 PLayer.
Also make sure that the Firmware of your Zen is up to date.
I hope this helps.

I push "on"button and nothing happens. It won't turn on. (I just moved a couple of days ago and one of the moving guys dropped my machine off the dolly!)

Uhm, first things first. Open your case and make sure that there are no parts banging around inside. Make sure that all connectors are in place (especially from the power supply to the motherboard) and push down on the memory to make sure that it is seated correctly. If that doesn't work, then you are most likely looking at parts replacements (powersupply) and I would call on a local tech to check it out for you. Oh...and I would call the moving company and file a damage complaint....PRONTO!

I have a 02 Freelander TD4. One of the passenger doors will not open from the outside but opens from the inside, can anyone tell me what the problem could be.

the problem could either be the latch mechanism itself, or the ear for the rod coming from the lift handle has broken. remove the door panel with the window up and look inside with a flash light. make sure everything is moving. you will probably see that the handle is not moving the rod. simply, replace whats broken. if all the rods are in place and everything is moving then replace the latch mechanism. something has worn internally.

My Canon mdl "PIXMA MP500" LCD window shows Error code 6A00 . could you show my how to resolve this problem? my computer is Mac mini

mine did exacly the same means that there is somthing stuck inside the printer ie;. paper
but as i had no paper stuck i took mine to the local printer shop and after pluging it in and switching it on it the problem solved itself just by moving the printer around (and turning it upside down to carry it) so what ever was lodged inside became unlodged just by moving the printer..try doing the same...hope it works.

The oil light keeps comming on and the oil is full

The oil light is a measurement of the oil pressure inside the the motor. It is not an indicator of how much oil is in the engine, and it is not an indicator of oil in the wrong place inside the engine. There is an oil pump inside the oil pan which pumps oil under pressure to the moving parts as they turn. The oil travels to the main bearings first and to the valve train last. When the oil light comes on it means that either the sending unit is bad or that that there is low oil pressure. When there is low oil pressure, then the moving parts are not being lubricated to the extent that the engineers intended. If the engine does not get oil to the moving parts - IT WILL DESTROY ITSELF.

Cannot download anymore music

depending on how big the songs are say 4 mintues or longer this will determine how many songs will be allowed in the mp3 player
this was in your manual and front of box when purchased in detail about the length of music and not using scan disk
scandisk is a good way to ruin a mp3 player
scandisk is used to fix programs on a move able storage device (hard drive) with moving parts your mp3 is a microchip that stores info no moving parts reccomend a full format of mp3 and reapply your songs

My mp3 player wont turn on

I have an identical problem with my mp3 player which looks similar but isn't the same model. There's something up with the play button, some moisture or grit or dust has got underneath the contact for the play button so that the mp3 player thinks you are constantly pressing the on/play button.

Put it in a warm dry place. I have had this problem twice & this has fixed the problem on both occassions. If there's more than moisture trapped inside, that can be harder to shift. But there are no moving parts in this player so don't be afraid to give it a good shake to try & get things moving.
