I snapped off the clips that hold the cartridges in the holder. How can I replace them?

Had the same problem w/Lexmark X2480 all in one unit. I went to change the printer cartridge and when I tried to snap it closed into the blue clip, the blue piece broke into several tiny pieces that cannot be repaired. Am wondering if this is a replaceable part at all or if the machine is simply now useless to me?

At this point you will want to review your warranty information. However expect to pay to have the machine repaired considering it is not a machine failure but "customer inflicted damage"
Lexmark does not carry spare parts for this printer so the only recourse you have is to hope it is still under warranty. Contact lexmark and create a rma so that you can return it.
Good luck dont forget to rate me!!!
