Yes you canGo to Start> in the search box type ncpa.cpl > right click wireless LAN click properties > look for internet protocol v4 highlight it then click properties > select use the following IP address.

When you reset your router the IP address will revert back to its factory default IP address and access information, if you changed the IP address prior to the reset you will have to use the default IP.
default IP: 192.168.0.1 (make sure that your network cards IP address is somthing similar like 192.168.0.2 and not 192.168.1.2)
Default username: admin
Default pass: leave blank

Open port numbers UDP 88 and TCP 3074 pointing to the IP address of the XBOX. Make sure that the IP address of the XBOX is within the IP segment of the router. Ex. if your router has 192.168.1.1 IP address your XBOX should have 192.168.1.x IP address.

Try to add an IP manually through the control panel.

Well you cant hide ip address. But you can use a proxy server that well mask you ip.
and to find your ip you can goto http://www.ip-adress.com/

1 ) Check if IP address is the correct address of your Gateway.
Check if you can ping.
Be sure you have your Java enabled
Some router requires a specific Browser (IE6 or IE7) and cannot respond to different browser.
Be sure to remove any Java protection from your Browser.
Check with user manual if IP address requires also a specific port number ( 8080 or other).
Be sure to Connect Router using Lan cable
2) Change your PC IP setting to same subnet as your router
Control Panel / Network settings / properties of TCP/IP define an IP address and a subnet mask compatible with Router as gateway.
3) If you are not sure of Router IP address use reset button on router back to factory default; use this to configure router.
