Question about Office Equipment & Supplies

My Brother HL-4050CDN keeps saying the cartridges are empty as soon as it comes to 4000 copies - I know for a fact they are not - how can I overide the "I will not print as you cartridges are supposingly empty"?

Just open the cartridge holders , take them out and place them back. This will however get rid of your monitor too. So you will have to monitor that for your self.
This always worked for me. There is no soft or firmware what you can change

Brother printer will not print because I keep getting manual feed

thios means the job you sent to print was detected as a differant size then the paper in the tray.
you would have to put a page in the front slot of the machine until it clears out this job

Brother HL-2040 toner led stays on, won't print

There is a window on each end of the toner cartridge that you can cover with electrical tape and keep printing, it shines a light thru and when the toner is too low it says it's empty. The weight can be misleading.

Are those papers printable on Brother HL-4050CDN ?

Hello !

If you want to print on canvas you need to use a plotter which use ink. An example is Roland or Epson. Personal i use Epson T5200 plotter and the result is awesome.

Drum error : slide the green tab on drum unit in each colour?

you forgot to slide the tab, unless you do this you cannot use your printer im afraid, drum unit is a cylindrical part unit, unless otherewise you correct this instlltion procedure there is no othere way around it

Brother hl 4050cdn - the colour cartridges all run out together even though I've printed hardly any colour

The fluid component of the ink will evaporate if the printer is in a hot dry environment. Loss of ink over time should be anticipated.
