First, ensure your graphics card supports this and you have the latest drivers installed.
Make sure you have the latest version of DirectX installed. You can find it by doing a google search. It is free.
Finally,
Click Here1. Go to the link
2. Download The 3D Analyzer
3. Extract the files to any directory
4. Open 3DAnalyze.exe
5. Press the big SELECT button
6. Find your gamename.exe (or whatever it might be named in your game CD)
7. Select it
8. Under Directx 8.1 and 9.0 options - > Hardware Limits (cap bits) Check off emulate pixel shader caps
9. Hit run
