Question about Video Game Consoles

This is easy to fix (if its MS wheel). Just get a new cable with the little
RJ11 (i think - same as on phone headpeice or that broadband modems use) plugs
on both ends. Should be able to get from any telecommunications store premade -
or they could make one up for you

How comfortable do you fell about taking it apart to repair it? If it is the cable and you can get splices on it that would be the easiest fix. Other wise you will need a soldering gun and a steady hand to solder the connections on the board it self.
