1.First, make sure that you have inserted the correct compatible colour cartridge for your printer properly and into the correct slot. You should hear an audible click when the cartridge is in place. Also make sure that you have removed the protective covering from behind the cartridge. Check to see that all contacts are clean. Alignment errors are generally due to incorrect placement of cartridges/defective cartridges/corrupt printer software.
2.Next, make sure you have the latest driver. You can download it HERE or HERE (This is the stripped down version).
