I have windows 2000 and IE 6.0. Yahoo works fine, but when I want to read mail, it cannot find the page. I tried all kind of settings for IE.

Is Yahoo mail not longer supported by windows 2000?

It is most likely an error with your browser. If you are running ie make sure you are running the most up to date version. I would recommend though that you download and use Mozilla Firefox.

Hope this helps,
Harris

Ouch! The error, LaunchEmptyResponse, occurred when trying to connect to Yahoo! Mail.

This is an error that has been a recurring problem for many Yahoo! Mail users for quite some time. Currently, the only solution that appears to work for most users is to change your Yahoo! account password, then try logging in to Yahoo! Mail again.

Try switching to classic format in yahoo mail options, seems to have solved the problem for me. The problem seems to be "ad/bluelithium" that shows in the address bar when you are cut off. Must not have gotten to classic yet.

Can received & read but cannot send yahoo mail from iphone

First step is try reseting the network settings. You can do this by going to settings/general/reset and reset network settings.
This will drop you off the network and reset your phone. Bringing your phone back up with current network settings.
Try sending mail. If this doesn't work, try changing your outgoing mail server.
Go into settings/mail, contacts, and calendars/(your yahoo account)/Outgoing mail server.
This will bring you to a list of mail servers, your primary server being the yahoo server with the AT&T smtp server under other.
Click on your primary yahoo server and switch this server to off. click the blue smtp arrow on the very top left. This will bring you back to the server list. go to the AT&T smtp server and turn this server on.
Go ahead and exit out either by the arrow or the home button.
Access your yahoo account see if you can send mail.

Yahoo.won't let me read my mail

This can just be due to corrupted temp int files. Clear the temporary internet files or browser cache and cookies on the browser that you are using. Restart the computer and check your yahoo mail again. If no go, note any error that you are getting, or indicate what is happening when you attempt to read your emails.

Unable to get yahoo mail.

Re the "error code sec_error_expired_certificate" that I got when trying to access Yahoo mail from Mozilla--turns out the date and time on my computer had reverted back to Jan.2001. Discovered it by accident when setting the time on my watch to the computer this afternoon and computer time showed AM instead of PM. After resetting time and date, no problem getting Yahoo mail. I figure the battery probably needs changing.
