I would leave this to a pro! If you put in a fan that connects to main board you could have wrong amps and burn your machine up. If you want to take a chance, unplug power cord and look for power connection to main board. See if it has two wires or three. If it has three wires, it talk to board about heat issues. Could be two snap clamps or it could be four screws you have to take off fan. Take this to a computer sales place and have them match old fan with new one. Good luck!

My computer runs constantly its loud and annoying

I assume you mean the cooling fan on the CPU, this model uses a smart fan technology, it is meant to spin up faster to provide cooling. If is is doing tis constantly, it means the CPU is not getting adequate cooling (overheating), to check this, remove the side panel, clean all the dust and debris build up from the cooling fan and see if that helps

This message is a warning that the CPU cooling fan is no longer turning fast enough to adequately cool the CPU. You should not use your computer until the fan is replaced.or the CPU could be permanently damaged as a result of over-heating.

Unless you have replaced these fans before, I would advise you to have the fan replaced by a PC technician as it's pretty easy to damage the processor when removing/installing the fan.

On startup my fan on my dx2200 run very loudly

Which of the fan? Is it Power fan or processor cooling fan?
POWER FAN: check if the casing of the power pack is touching the fan or wire if not then prepare to change power pack or the fan.

Processor Cooling Fan: If there is no wire in the system touching the fan then know that the ball bearings are getting bad. Then plan for replacement.

There is a message which says that an error has ocurred with the ventilation

HI. This will occur if the motherboard has detected an error within the cooling fans structure. The fan may have failed, mechanically, or there may be a loose connection at the fan circuit, as well. Kindly open the desktop compartment access panel, and observe the cooling assembly. This will most likely be a set of cooling fans, mounted on the rear of the desktop compartment. If the fans are not rotating, this will be the cause of the error. check the fan connections at the fan motor, and motherboard connection port,as well. If the connections are sound, replace the cooling fan(s).

To determine if the motherboard is the issue, simply jump the fan with a 9 volt battery. If it is operational when jumped, this will indicate a more serious issue that concerns the motherboard, or heat sinks.
