I have a Songy Cybershot

I have a Songy Cybershot H9 and every since i first got it pictures with "file error" and a blue screen have been popping up. But now that problem is happening way too much and many of the pictures that i've taken had to be deleted. I don't want to delete any more pictures. How can i fix this problem, because after reading up on the problem i don't think its the memory card either.
